E-Prime® 3.0 comes in two versions, a cloud based license, where the licenses are activated and administered at the PST cloud license portal and a USB based licenses that uses a USB hardlock dongle as its license. Please note that an active internet connection is necessary while creating and editing experimental paradigms. No internet connection is necessary for running the experiments.
